  • Energy audit report supports a percentage reduction in energy consumption and presents the equivalent reduction in environmental impact, i.e. Greenhouse Gas emission (tCO2).

Engaging Stakeholders

We run a group-based learning program “Energy Audit – Purpose and Benefits” for employees. The session increases skills and knowledge of the energy audit by presenting the organisation’s energy baseline, environmental impact, energy consumption and it’s distribution over time. Over the course of the energy audit key employees participates in providing details about usage of individual appliances. This practice increases the integrity of an energy audit report, such that the recommendations for energy savings become tailored to the individual organisation.

Energy audits carried out at schools incorporate student assistance in data collection. Students engage in applied numeracy exercises deriving energy efficiency and energy conservation based on information gathered by students and discussions of possible actions for improvements.
